In 1991, Dr. Carlos A. Raimundo founded Active Learning International (ALI) in Sydney, Australia, to stand as the umbrella organisation for his method, the Play of Life (at the time known as Le Petit Psychodrama), and any future tools he would create.

Since then, it has evolved to encompass:

 Play of Life, RCompass, Enneagram.rc, Fruit of the Spirit Diary app, and Relationship Capital programs.

Active Learning International is a service and training organisation providing,

• Training on practical tools for:
  • Professionals in human services, education, leadership and business coaches, making their work more effective, rewarding, and stand out above others.
  • Individuals seeking to enjoy a better life, especially in relationships.
• Access to accredited ALI practitioners worldwide (coming soon through our Global Practitioner Registry).

Our work relies on contemporary neuroscience, psychodrama, psychology, and sociology. Our tools fast-track insight and behavioural modification. It works by creating a bottom-up communication in the brain, bypassing defence mechanisms by directly accessing the emotional brain (the limbic system).

The tools used are Play of Life, RCompass, and Enneagram rc.

Active Learning International is the only accredited training organisation for the Play of Life and RCompass.
