Event Details

The therapist’s role is not to solve problems but to guide the client—or seeker—to discover their own resources and become a catalyst for change. This is especially vital when old behaviours are no longer useful or when new challenges require fresh responses.
This workshop, part of an ongoing neuroscience research project, is based on the belief that we all carry innate biological resources—natural algorithms—that can help us face even the most difficult situations. Participants will explore a visualisation and simulation model designed to stimulate these internal mechanisms, offering practical applications for therapy, education, and personal growth.

Focus of the Process
Mirror Neurons and Motor Resonance Systems: Foundation of empathy, social learning, and relational intelligence.
The Precuneus: The brain’s “inner compass” for self-representation, perspective-taking, and inner navigation.
Frontal Lobe: Supporting bottom-up communication for adaptive and well-informed decision-making.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Understand the role of mirror neurons and the precuneus in empathy, decision-making, and adaptive behaviour.
Differentiate between artificial algorithms and innate biological processes.
Apply experiential techniques to stimulate innate systems for spontaneity, creativity, and relational intelligence.Develop strategies that promote wellbeing, meaning, and adaptive living across personal and professional contexts.

Target Audience
Neuroscientists, psychotherapists, counsellors, coaches, AI researchers, educators, leadership trainers, social innovators, and graduate students in psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, and philosophy.

Outcomes
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how biological algorithms can be activated and strengthened, along with practical tools adaptable to different therapeutic schools of thought and professional settings.
